1. All the products and offerings sold on our website are our intellectual property which include:

• Wedding cards and other printed cards bearing personal greetings, invitations, messages or announcements, whether or not illustrated, with or without envelopes or trimmings
• Ecards or digital invitations which are essentially static or animated digital images of personal greetings, invitations, messages or announcements, whether or not illustrated

You will be subject to the terms, conditions and policies duly displayed across our website including those mentioned below and those in course of all transactions on our website.

The headings used subsequently are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms and Conditions.

General Conditions of Use:

• right to modify the contents of this website including our offerings, prices, policies, terms and conditions at any time, without any notice.
• no obligation to update you of any such modifications and it is your responsibility to check our website periodically for any changes.
• content including designs and images on this website are our intellectual property exclusively owned by us and you shall not copy, reproduce, reverse engineer, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any of the content on our website except by our written consent.
• We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be detrimental to our business interests in any manner at any time without any liability or obligations

Billing and Account Info:

• Registration is essential to place orders and requires information about yourself which is accurate, current, and complete in all respects. You are expected to provide your accurate address, contact and other details as asked while placing your order for the purpose of billing and shipping.
• You must immediately inform us by email of any subsequent changes to such details in course of any transaction in process and definitely prior to us shipping your order.
• After placing your order, any subsequent amendments to your order will be done only if considered possible by us and at an additional cost payable by you, the details of which we shall communicate to you after we evaluate the amendments desired by you.

Taxes

• Any taxes, such as GST etc., applicable if any, to your order are included in the indicative sale prices unless otherwise mentioned.
• The sale prices mentioned on the website include design charges if applicable, which can comprise 50-75% of the sale price. We reserve the right to create a separate invoice for design and product charges, or combine them both in a single invoice.
• If you are ordering from outside India, you may be charged applicable import duties and taxes by the customs and authorities of the destination country, which will be payable by you. Usually, such duties and taxes are collected from you by the courier companies while delivering your order. We do not maintain any information on them since they are outside our purview
